http://127.0.0.1:49352/help/index.jsp
And IE says:
"The page cannot be displayed
The page you are looking for is currently unavailable. The Web site might
be experiencing technical difficulties, or you may need to adjust your
browser settings."
I don't have a clue how to solve this problem. If anyone can help me out,
I'd really appreciate it. Thanks.

Search for a file called help.jsp in the eclipse folder, and point your
browser to is (either via file:/// or with File-> Open, or...) That
should be the file. I don’t have a clue what is going wrong with
Eclipse (actually, it looks for a file C://help/index.jsp, and I am not
surprised it doesn’t exist).
