Do not use workbench as service locator [message #132981]

I encountered problems when trying to consume a service obtained through
the workbench as a service locator during rap start-up.

I solved this by not using the workbench object as service locator and
instead registering my service through BundleContext.registerService()...

It just took too long to understand this: PlatformUI.getWorkbench() needs
an active session...
