I am trying to rebuild the org.eclipse.jdt.junit plugin but it seems that
some classes are missing from the CVS repository as for example:

import org.eclipse.jdt.internal.junit.wizards.WizardMessages;
import org.eclipse.jdt.internal.junit.util.TestSearchEngine;
import org.eclipse.jdt.junit.ITestRunListener;

I have checkout only the org.eclipse.jdt.junit version R2_1_2...but not the
org.eclipse.jdt.junit.runtime. Did I miss something to checkout???
