Eclipse Line by Line Debugging like C/C++ [message #1233639]

I am trying to use eclipse debugging feature to see the execution of my code. I set the break point on the main method(from where the program starts) to see the complete execution of the code. After that I click on F5 key to go and see the step by step execution. After a couple of lines I get a "Source not found" error. Can anyone help me understand why am I encountering this error?
Also, is there a way to check line by line execution of my code(which is compiling and running perfectly in Normal mode) just as we do in C/C++?
