Can't get rid of keystroke disambiguation [message #1096867]

I am seeing the little keystroke disambiguation menu on the bottom right for some commands that only have one binding under the keys preference. These include common keystrokes like open resource and redo last run, so it makes eclipse difficult to use.

The only thing I can think of other than might cause this funny behavior is import my preferences from an older Eclipse version.

Lastly, if it helps, I use PyDev primarily.

Any help would be very much appreciated. Thanks!
