Hey guys,
I am new to PHP programming. I have done some web design before and have installed Apache. I decided to just download the zip file PHP eclipse tool. After downloading it, I tried writing the simple Hello World project but the internal web browser wasn't displaying. When I try to run it as a CLI Application the following message is displayed: "There is no PHP Executable defined in the workspace." I went to a solution and found that I needed to add the php.ini file. I can't find it. These are the issues I'm having. I don't know if they are related, but could someone please help.
