Hello,
Can a project be associated with more than one Incremental Project
Builder? If so, can a builder be associated with a type of resource? For
example, if a project contains C++ and Java code, is it possible to
associate a Java Builder for Java resources and C Builder for C++
resources?

A project can have any number of builders associated with it. Each
builder is free to operate on whatever sources it wants to process, so
there is no way to force a builder to operate only on a particular
resource type.

Note that the eclipse.tools newsgroup would be a more appropriate forum
for questions like this.
