Commiting a executable file e.g. 775 (rwxrwxr_x) using Eclipse cvs,
changes the rights of this file to 664 (rw_rw_r__). That's bad, because
after checking out again all scripts and makefiles are not executable any
more.
The only methode i have found is : never commit makefiles and scripts

This should work in Eclipse 3.1. Eclipse 3.0 doesn't support file
permissions.

If you're having problems in Eclipse 3.1, please file a bug at
http://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/ against Platform > CVS.
