Hello all,

Does any one know what I need to do to get Eclipse to run on 64-bit
Solaris(sparcv9) and 64-bit Windows? I am first trying it on Solaris
since that is the system I know. I tried downloading the source and
compiling the SWT libraries and eclipse executable using -m64 flag to gcc.
When I create the jar file for swt I use sparcv9 instead of sparc. I
also pass the flag -arch sparcv9 to Eclipse. When I do this Eclipse
cannot find SWTError which resides in this jar file at startup. This is
telling me that sparcv9 must not be recognized. I also recompiled the
startup executable 64-bit.

Can anyone provide me any insight into getting this to work?
