Win-SSHFS Eclipse crash [message #1566349]

I have win-sshfs working on my Windows 7 with a mounted virtual drive connecting to an SSH Linux Debian IP address and path, and everything works fine until I go to lunch, at which point when I come back, Eclipse hangs when I try to click something, win-sshfs hangs, and the only solution is to unmount the drive and remount it.

I haven't figured out if this corrupts files or prevents file saves or anything, but is this Eclipse's fault or win-sshfs's fault? Is there some way for me to troubleshoot? The only error is that Eclipse can't locate the resource (which would happen if win-sshfs has disconnected even because the server booted it for timeout).
