I'm new to this newsgroup and I was wondering if somebody could help me

I'm running Eclipse 3.0.2 from Windows XP and I've started getting errors
when I try to synchornise with the repository (SourceForge CVS).

I keep on getting the error message:
Task Finished with Error
Reason:
Problems reported while synchronizing CVS workspace. 0 of 1 resources were
synchronized.
