I've added a new viewShortcut to my perpectiveExtensions for my plugin.
However, when I run my updated plugin and load a workspace that already has
this the perspective in question open, the Windows-Show View does not show
my new shortcut. However, if I close the perspective and re-open it, the
menu does list the shortcut.

Is there someway I can fix this?
