I download eclipse-parallel-luna-SR1-win32-x86_64.zip
After creating Fortran project it "Program "gcc" not found in PATH" while I have added to PATH c:\MinGW\bin and gcc is found from cmd.

I think the Photran project uses mailing lists for community support, instead of these forums. See https://eclipse.org/photran/mailinglists.php
