Hi

I saw a behavior similar to the fixed bug
https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=450433 (I'm using 2.7.3)

The outline is refreshed when, holding Ctrl, the mouse is moved in the
editor, usually when hovering over sections corresponding to a reference
(this can be seen even in Xtend editor itself.

Sounds like a bug to me. Could you please file a ticket?

Thanks,
Sebastian
