hi all
please please can you tell me how to generate xmi file as in the tutorial ,I did emf project and did plugin just to generate xmi then I reached to EMF examples then I got finally the xmi but when I copy xmi code and paste it in a file in the atl transformation (as in the tutorial ) I faced a problem.

so I need to know how to generate the xmi file because in the families2persons tutorial its not clear how they generate the xmi file

please answer me this the second time I asked question and no body answered
I am very new to eclipse and need help

thanks for reply but I think there is a tool to create xmi file automatically through eclipse as they did in the tutorial Families2person and this what I need.
