How can I (from my plug-in code) access to Database Explorer Connections?

I need create connection and access (take parameters) from connections
registered there. Which (if any) API should I use ?

ProfileManager does not return connections from Database Explorer or I use
it wrong.

Database Explorer is part of WTP/rdb -- I think someone on their
newsgroups should be able to answer your question.
