I can't figure out how to export all the project settings so that I can import them into any new projects I create. I am re-using the same paths and libraries and it is tedious to add them individually every time.

I have been able to export and import the include paths but there doesn't appear to be a way to export libraries and library paths.

The Eclipse documentation appears to be out of date because the export settings page it references doesn't exist in my version.

I am using Eclipse Luna.

The problem still persists with v3.8. It won't allow exporting libs, libpath and cross compiler related settings.
