We have added ILalerListener on NATTABLE,We are using ILayerListener for performing some operation. It seems to be working ok except it is being called multiple times. We want to restrict this since this behavior is undesirable.
Please advice.

To which events do you want to listen to? Dependent on your use case I'm not sure if a ILayerListener is the correct way.
