EMF Client Platform and Sirius [message #1457207] Fri, 31 October 2014 00:56 Go to next message

I know the EMF Client Platform doesn't integrate with GMF mostly due to GMF being so heavily focused on files.

Given Sirius has a very different approach to storing its graphical editor information I was just wondering what's the possibility of EMF Client Platform integrating with Sirius?

Having the feature of EMF Client Platform working alongside the graphical representations possible with Sirius would be a very powerful combination for creating model-driven applications.

Hi,

that sounds interesting, but we have not tried that before. Are you
willing to sponsor this or contribute to it?

Best regards

Jonas

Hi Jonas,

Would if I could but I'm afraid I'm not in a great position to do either.

Just thought I'd ask to see if anyone had given it a go already.

Thanks though

Phillip
