[EMFStore] filter model elements [message #1444592] Tue, 14 October 2014 05:32 Go to next message

Hi !

I would like the users to have specific rights on a model (FilterPermissions) . For example , I want some of them to be able to modify the model but only for a specific package , or EClass. Is there any documentation about that ? Because I found only Filter Model Elements as an option , but I do not understand it . Please , I need just a little example how to give custom rights for each user. Thank you!

Hi,

there is currently no direct support in EMFStore for access rights.
EMFStore core supports roles, though. We have also implemented a
customer specific version of this feature, which is currently not open
source. If you need assistance in implementing access control, please
let me know.

Best regards

Jonas
