perhaps this would more properly be a question for the Eclipse WTP
project, but my understanding is that this is included in most distros
of PDT. I have eclipse 3.2.0, pdt 1.0.0, wst 1.5.2.
Is there functionality for validation of my displayed pages? I have
dynamic pages made of components and fragments of (what I hope is) valid
xhtml, but I'd like to test the full rendered pages in my local
environment.

I personally utilize the Web Developer extension for Firefox, which
allows you to submit the generated HTML and CSS that the browser is
rendering to the W3C validation services. The commands are 'Validate
Local HTML' and 'Validate Local CSS'.
