I'm trying to play with the concepts of the e4 platform in parts created thanks to the "e4view" attribute under the extension point "org.eclipse.ui.views" in an Eclipse IDE-based application.

I created a part and injected a MDirtyable attribute to set it "dirty" when I enter text in a field. The part's tab is well marked as dirty with the star, but the "save" actions (save, save all) in the toolbar are not enabled anyway. The attached screenshot shows that.

In the context of a e4 view in an Eclipse IDE plugin, is there something to do in addition of setting the MDirtyable object to "true" in order to enable the save actions of the platform? Is this feature not yet available in the compatibility layer?

Thank you in advance,
