Is there any way to change port of SSH connection?
I'm working with server that has SSH not on 22 port - and it looks that I
cannot use remote systems with that :/

You can:

1.) Create normal SSH Only connection with the wizard
2.) Select the "Sftp Files" subsystem, right-click > Properties
3.) On Subsystem Properties, change the port number.
