Distorted graphics while scrolling [message #249572]

While scrolling an editor that contains a ScrollingGraphicalViewer, the
shapes in the viewer are distorted temporarily -- especially if there are
lots of them and the scrolling is fast. Is there a way to avoid/reduce
such artifacts?
