I am new to eclipse.

I am trying to do some remote debugging on kepler but I can't seem to figure out how to install the tools. I found a good link for indigo but it appears that this does not work for kepler because there is no install link for RSE (Remote System Explorer End-User Runtime).

Can someone help get me started? Is there a tutorial on how to do remote debugging on kepler? How do I install the RSE? How do I get a project set up to user RSE?
