Hello,

We actually used Jubula to test a RCP Application.

We have a lot of controls done on different kind of labels.

My problem is : when a developper make even a small change on one of
this labels, it provide us a lot of modification to keep the jubula
scripts in a correct matter. Moreover, if I want to modify quickly a
high number of label used in my script, it is really boring to have to
manage a modification for each one.

I am looking for a way to use key (and not value) in parameter, and to
say to Jubula to use a file for the value of this key.

There is a way to achieve this?

Thanks for any help.

I am assuming that you are talking about checking the text or other properties of the labels, not about object mapping.

To specify value for parameters you have at least two options.

* You may use an Excel file to specify the values.
* Or you may use variables which are either defined in your test using the StoreValue action or predefined using environment variables.

Please have a look at the user and reference manual for further information.
