Hi Team,

For those that are interested, we promoted a new GEF M5a to fix
https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=263992 .

We will likely recreate GEF M5a to fix this issue if we need to, rather than
create an M5b.

Bottom line is that there are no code changes in M5a, only a packaging issue
and the Galileo builder.
