hello everybody,

I have some problems about modeling, i hope you can help me :

1)how can i distinguish two clases with the same name but from different packages?
I attached an image, I need to see the words "from .."

2)why has a class into a package the icon "from"?
you can see the red circles into packages store1 and store2

3)if I inheritance from a external class, why appear two relations?
you can see the red circle over the inheritance relation. normally one relation should appear because of if i copied one class is because i need to save some relations

I do not know if i should ask these questions in different topics.

That's a bug indeed. Please, track it too and I'll fix it in the maintenance stream fairly soon : https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/enter_bug.cgi?product=Ecoretools

I'm afraid I don't get your point here, GridStoreBase is two times in your diagram (within the package "store" and on the diagram background) and GridStore extends GridStoreBase, the tool will display this relationship then, for each shape. What would you want exactly, that GridStoreBase could be displayed only once for instance ?

thanks for responding.
I tracked the bugs in point 1 and 2.

3)if I inheritance from a external class, why appear two relations?
If i inherit of the copy(i used the add button from palette) there is not necessity to show other relation to the original because the original class could be in another ecore file o package i think.
