Hi,
I want to show difference between two graphs (each formed using a GEF
editor). Is it possible to use the org.eclipse.compare plugin to achieve
this kind of functionality?

Please give suggestions.

I would look at the Graphical Modeling Framework (GMF) project at
Eclipse. I believe they have such functionality somewhere in the
project. I'd start by asking a question on the GMF newsgroup.
