I am moving a column from 4th position to first position ( 0 )- by position I mean physical location in my nattable. The values that are in the column when it was in 4th position change to the object representations ( not the actual values that the cellpainter renders ). Also the images disappear.
Can somebody tell me how to fix this? I hope I am not sounding vague.

You are sounding vague.

I assume you are using a custom label accumulator? Maybe you are setting the labels for the position rather than the index? That is typically the issue in such cases that the labels used for registering painters and styles are registered for the wrong parameters.
