I have the latest release of Eclipse Kepler CDT 3.8.1, but unlike previous versions, there's no "Validation" menu under Windows > Preferences. I've searched google high and low for an answer, but every answer directs me to the "Validation" menu, which I don't have. I've played around under the Build and XML Syntax options, but nothing has worked. And in case you're wondering, these files are bad XML files used for unit tests, and I don't want their errors polluting my Problems view.

Where can I exclude XML files or folders from validation in this release?
