Hi,

If you have subscribed yourself to "efxapp/applicationLaunched" in the
past you will NOT receive this event any more!

We have moved the event to Constants.java so it is now
"org/eclipse/fx/E4Application/Launched".

Another change in the API I guess nobody is really affected by is a
change to ui.service.resources API to not expose EMF-Classes.
