Hi,

I was very pleased with the results the ShortestPathConnectionRouter
produces. However, an ideal solution for my types of diagrams would be a
router that not only prevents connections from going over nodes, but also
route in a rectangular fashion, similar to what the
ManhattanConnectionRouter does.

Is there a possibility to get both? Or am I asking for too much?

I have seen in the EDiagram example that one can combine a FanRouter with
other routers, but that was merely to prevent overlapping connections.
