Eclipse wont open! [message #1364746]

I got the Eclipse Kepler package for windows x64, and when i try to open the application "eclipse" it opens a window that say its unable to find the path:

"C:\Users\(myname)\Desktop\eclipse-cpp-kepler-SR2-win32-x86_64\eclipse\jre\bin\javaw.exe"

i don't know if java is the problem or what, after the
"C:\Users\(myname)\Desktop\eclipse-cpp-kepler-SR2-win32-x86_64\eclipse" part there is no "jre" file

If any other info is needed to help, please say so.
