we are bilding an editor witch should provide the definition of a text
based screen output. The user can define textelements on the screen. Such
an element has a fixed position on the screen.Each text elemend has a
x-y-coordinate and in the property too.

Now we want to set the same coordinate in the property value (Editor)
automaticaly when a user create a new textelement.
