Exported product fails to connect to hardware [message #1352007]

Hi,

I have a product which connects to a hardware. When i run from Eclipse, this is working. However once i export it, the product fails to connect.

To ensure same JVM usage, I had bundled the JRE to be used with Eclipse folder as well as the exported product folder.

Are there some other settings that I am missing?
