I have made a web ui for adding a user and editing existing user. So when I edit a user to assign new roles, it goes fine but that does not work when I use that privilege.

For example, I have a user. And I edit the user i.e. add new Write role in user's list of roles and then commit the user object to CDO. It seem to happen as expected, but when I create a new object and save it to CDO then it throws exception [org.eclipse.emf.cdo.common.security.NoPermissionException: No permission to access CDOResource@OID36:0v7("genes")].

Is there any special way to assign roles to a user like password.

Does the problem persist after you've restarted the server and the client?

Yes, I have done that too but didn't work. Also I am using version 4.3, so restart problem have already been fixed I think.
