WTP 3.1 prepares corrupted war for publishing in latest M4 [message #225698]

Hi.

WTP 3.1M4 creates corrupted WAR for publishing if war is included into
EAR. Invalid war is saved in .metadata/.plugins/o.e.wst.server.core/tmp*.
Simple test is to create dynamic web project in minimal configuration in
some ear and try to deploy this ear on jboss or oc4j. In
o.e.wst.server.core/tmp0/testEAR/test.war web.xml has size of 65kb, but it
barely exceeds 1kb of actual size (of course, servers fail to deploy it).
Can anybody reproduce this issue? I think it's basis for WTP server
adapters, so most possibly unit tests cover ear deployment and I have
invalid environment or something like it.

P.S. If EAR project is exported into *.ear - all archives are ok.
