please look at the following example:

How can I restrict connections to the four corners of "G"?

Hello Ömer,

You have to modify NodeFigure used for this node to use proper ConnectionAnchor
- see org.eclipse.gmf.runtime.gef.ui.figures.createDefaultAnchor()
