You are trying to *upgrade* using the *update* mechanism...

To "upgrade", you should perform a fresh install of the new release.

Thank but how can i import the plugin's ? or should i re-install it ?

If you know what plug-ins you installed and believe they to be
compatible with 3.3, you could copy/paste them out of plugins/ and
features/ then try pasting it back into your 3.3 installation.

Extension points are your friend, see method #1.

Download new ZIP, extract to new location, point to existing workspace.
Unless you have third-party plugins (which would need to be installed
into the new Eclipse installation), this should be pretty straightforward.
I've done it about a dozen times over the past few years and it never
caused me much trouble.
