Array cannot be resolved error [message #219716]

I always got a error message:
The type Array cannot be resolved. It is indirectly referenced from
required library files
on the first line of my jsp file. why?

Has the JRE on your project's Java Build Path gone missing?

yes, the JRE has been set correctly.
