Hi,

I'd like to know if it's possible to desactivate the properties for an
editpart?
In fact i'd like that in the outline when i select a children in the tree,
that the properties doesn't change at all, then i could make a drag & drop
between this tree item and the current properties (that have been selected
before the tree item).
By default, i only see "properties are not available".. and that's all.
