CDT debug hangs after last breakpoint [message #216415] Sun, 17 June 2007 21:33

Hi,

I'm on Windows XP running Eclipse 3.2.2 and CDT 3.1.2. I'm fairly new to
CDT. While debugging, when I get to the last debug breakpoint and press F8
(Resume) in order for the program to finish running, my program hangs. The
two threads under the debugger just say (Running) next to them and don't
stop.

Clicking on the Terminate buttons gets me a "Failed to Interrupt" message.
I need to open the Task Manager and kill the process manually - severely
annoying.

Is this a bug I should report? Or is there some setting I can change to
fix this?

Thanks so much.
