I am a Mac OS X user and I miss the option "Stop in Main" under
Run/Debug/Main. Does anybody knows if this isn't present on Mac OS X
version of Eclipse?

What type of launch are you editing? That option is not available for
certain types of launch configurations, such as a plug-in or JUnit launch.
