Hello There

When i run your makeithappen as explained in your example using e4 demo feature and then required plugins, then when i open the ECP Editor, i see the required fields appearing in RED with ! mark

I am working on creating a custom kepler workbench thru my product configuration.
I have included all the ECP related plugins and able to run and view Model Explorer and Model Repositories view. But when i open the ECP Editor, i dnt see the required fields marked in RED with ! mark.

Can you please tell me what am i missing ? I dnt seem to have left out any ECP Plugin in my Product Configuration. It would be great if you can share a kepler workbench product configuration for ECP and other minimum Modelling Plugins otherwise.

Regards
Malai

Hi,

I strongly recommend to configure the product feature based, this is
much more convenient. As an example, you could just add the ECP SDK to
your product. The bundle you are currently missing is ecp.view.validation

Best Regards

Hey Jonas

As explained, after adding features and validating my .product file, i
got validation errors stating emfstore.client is missing. I had to add
the emfstore plugins from EMF in the plugins configuration instead of
features as i couldnt find the features for emf.emfstore to make it run.

I am attaching the .product and also the launch configuration for ur ref.

hope this helps.

regards
malai
