I have created an example project RCP hello. It runs and generates a
window all as expected. I now place a deliberate error in the
ApplicationWorchbenchWindowAvisor preWindowOpen()

configurer = null;

According to the tutorial I am following I should get an exception report
in the console.

unhandled event loop exception ......

But all I get is the terminated message.

I am running 3.2.2 of eclipse.

I am assuming there is a setting I have failed to set correctly.
