Hello everybody

I wanna show axis with units for chart. From the first glance I thought GEF Rulers were
suitable for this purpose. But in details I could not set my Units and it is not possible
to locate Ruler at bottom.

I could not subclass or customize them. They are in internal packages. Should I implement
my Axis in the same way like GEF Rulers or there are a better advises? Any opinions?
