There already exists such an EditPolicy for the
EditPolicy.CONNECTION_BENDPOINTS_ROLE.

@see org.eclipse.gef.examples.logicdesigner.edit.WireBendpointEdi tPolicy in
the logic example which subclasses from BendpointEditPolicy.
