There has been some discussion regarding the usecases for multiple plugins
providing (exporting) the same Java packages/classes. This is problematic
in cases where one plugin requires two others which export different copies
of the same class/package or where one plugin provides some of the classes
provided by a prerequisite. It also presents some challenges for the
implementation of the runtime.
