Hello!

I just tested the snap to geometry feature in GMF/GEF - nice! What made
me wonder was that one can only enable it for new diagrams in the
preference pages, unlike the snap to grid option which is accessible
from the context/diagram menu.

I don't know, if this issue has already been addressed (I couldn't find
a bug in the bugzilla...) so I decided to provide a small patch.

Changes are:

- Added an actionId "snapToGeometryAction" to ActionIds.java
- Created an action implementation SnapToGeometryAction.java
- Modified the "DiagramContributionItemProvider" to create the action
for the id
- Modified org.eclipse.gmf.runtime.diagram.ui.providers/plugin.xml to
integrate the actions into the diagram menu and context menu

Hi Michael,

You should raise a Bugzilla and contribute this to GMF as a patch. We can
review and get it into the GMF Runtime since it is missing.
